Any Concerns that I had, I was able to address them to Austin who makes sure the issue was resolved, Thank you so much Austin!! Also the Occupational and Physical Therapists are Excellent Thanks to them as well!! They make things happen. Also Thanks to the Nursing staff to many to name for taking care of me!!!
This facility is SO much better than I thought it was going to be. My 94-year-old father had an extended stay in the hospital, so I was really nervous about sending him to a nursing home to get stronger. My good friend Kim ,who is a nurse , had two family members stay there last autumn, and said they did an amazing job. She is 100% correct! Everyone at Whitehall was caring and concerned and truly worked to help my dad get ready to go home. Daniel, Katelyn, Carol in PT, Kristin the CRNP and many others whose names i should have written down, did an exceptional job! The facility never smelled, was always clean, someone responded to my father’s call bell in a timely manner, the food was pretty good, and the therapy first rate. If any of my family members need skilled nursing care In the future, I would feel very good about sending them to Whitehall.

My father was here for about 2 weeks and the nursing staff was absolutely wonderful!! Always attentive and really took care of my dad. He had physical therapy and occupational therapy as well!! I am a frequent visitor at this facility as an RN myself I tend to have strong impressions as I do now. For every visit I make I am so satisfied from the cleanliness ,decor amenities,dress code and especially the staff! First I believe it starts with leadership and hiring practices. I spoke at length about my friend I visit and his particular needs. He was understanding and gave me ideas for accommodate my friend The RN taking care of my friend was Olga who was so kind and obvious to me she loves what she does I have never passed any employee that they didn’t say Hi or how are you today. The housekeepers and dietary sides were so nice. I asked my friend if everyone here is so nice. He said yes they are. They all deserve to read this and be recognized. Thank you
